It is a condition of the provision of gowns and/or other clothing, shoes and accessories (Goods) by Astra that these Terms are signed and returned to Astra. </p><p><a href=\"https://www.astrabridal.co.nz/returns-and-refunds.html\"></a></p>","field":0,"settings":[]},{"value":"","field":4,"settings":[]},{"value":"<p>Orders of Goods are subject to acceptance by Astra. A deposit is payable immediately upon the Customer ordering the Goods. </p><p>Any initial measurements will be taken when the Goods are ordered and the deposit is paid to Astra (Initial Measurements). The Customer must sign the Initial Measurements to confirm they are correct. Astra will not be responsible for any problems with, or damage to, the Goods arising from a change in the Initial Measurements. </p><p>Cancellation of gowns will not be accepted once an order has been confirmed by the designer. The customer will be liable for the account, in full, for any goods ordered. </p><p>If the Goods are being made overseas Astra cannot confirm the exact arrival date at the time the Goods are ordered, as the designer dictates this date. However, Astra will use its reasonable endeavours to confirm an estimated arrival date one month after the Goods have been ordered and to ensure the Goods arrive before the wedding date notified to Astra. Any date provided to the customer is an estimate only and gowns sometimes arrive earlier than expected. </p><p>The purchase price of the Goods will be the price advised by Astra. </p><p>Upon arrival of the goods Astra will notify the Customer and arrange a suitable time for the Customer to inspect the Goods to ensure they are the correct style, size and colour. If paying on a Balance on arrival plan the balance is due within 10 days of arrival notification irrespective of the estimated arrival date. </p><p>No order will be placed with any designer with a deposit of less than 20%. </p><p>Payment terms are agreed at the time of purchase. Signing this contract is acceptance of those terms. Standard terms are 50% deposit on order and 50% on the arrival of the gown. Payment contracts are available to spread these amounts. Payment contracts must be signed by the customer agreeing to the payment dates specified therein. </p><p>Ownership and title of the goods remains with Astra until the purchase price and all other monies owing by the buyer, under this or any other contract, have been paid in full. </p><p>Any default on payments (either payment contracts or balance on arrival) will incur administration fees levied at the rates specified on the payment contract. The customer will be liable for any legal and collection costs arising from the collection of defaulted payments. </p><p>Refunds will be given in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and otherwise at the sole discretion of Astra. In any event refunds may not be given where: </p><p>a) the Customer changes his or her mind; or<br>b) due to no fault of Astra’s the Goods:<br>(i) do not fit, or<br>(ii) are marked or damaged during any inspections or consequential fittings. In this instance the<br>Customer shall be responsible for all costs relating to the cleaning or mending of any damaged<br>or marked Goods;<br>c) are not required due to a cancellation or postponement of the wedding.<br>Natural Imperfections Astra does not guarantee that Goods made from silk or other natural fibres will be free from natural<br>imperfections.</p><p>Consumer Guarantees Act 1993<br>The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other statutes may imply warranties or conditions or impose<br>obligations upon Astra which cannot by law (or which can only to a limited extent by law) be excluded or<br>modified. Any date provided to the customer is an estimate only and gowns sometimes arrive earlier than expected. </p><p>The purchase price of the Goods will be the price advised by Astra. </p><p>Upon arrival of the goods Astra will notify the Customer and arrange a suitable time for the Customer to inspect the Goods to ensure they are the correct style, size and colour. If paying on a Balance on arrival plan the balance is due within 10 days of arrival notification irrespective of the estimated arrival date. </p><p>No order will be placed with any designer with a deposit of less than 20%. </p><p>Payment terms are agreed at the time of purchase. Signing this contract is acceptance of those terms. Standard terms are 50% deposit on order and 50% on the arrival of the gown. Payment contracts are available to spread these amounts. Payment contracts must be signed by the customer agreeing to the payment dates specified therein. </p><p>Ownership and title of the goods remains with Astra until the purchase price and all other monies owing by the buyer, under this or any other contract, have been paid in full. </p><p>Any default on payments (either payment contracts or balance on arrival) will incur administration fees levied at the rates specified on the payment contract. The customer will be liable for any legal and collection costs arising from the collection of defaulted payments. </p><p>Refunds will be given in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and otherwise at the sole discretion of Astra. In any event refunds may not be given where: </p><p>a) the Customer changes his or her mind; or<br>b) due to no fault of Astra’s the Goods:<br>(i) do not fit, or<br>(ii) are marked or damaged during any inspections or consequential fittings. In this instance the<br>Customer shall be responsible for all costs relating to the cleaning or mending of any damaged<br>or marked Goods;<br>c) are not required due to a cancellation or postponement of the wedding.<br>Natural Imperfections Astra does not guarantee that Goods made from silk or other natural fibres will be free from natural<br>imperfections.</p><p>Consumer Guarantees Act 1993<br>The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other statutes may imply warranties or conditions or impose<br>obligations upon Astra which cannot by law (or which can only to a limited extent by law) be excluded or<br>modified. Orders of Goods are subject to acceptance by Astra. A deposit is payable immediately upon the Customer ordering the Goods.
